 但是, 在邮寄过程中, 有可能发生损坏或错投, 我们很乐意为您调换同样的货物. 您可将损坏或错寄的产品在7日内寄回主爱基督书屋. 请使用平件（ground 或 standard）寄回退货产品. 我们将返还您的退货邮费,但只能返还平件（ground或standard）邮费.

美国和加拿大以外的顾客, 在寄回退货之前, 请先与我们联系.

 如因其它原因(例如, 订错产品等), 您对收到的产品不满意, 您可将产品在7日内寄回主爱基督书屋, 产品必须是全新可再销售. 我们将按产品价格退款(不包括往返邮费). 请下载退货表, 填写后与退货一并寄回.

 CD, DVD, 录像带, 卡带等音像制品只能退回末开封的产品. 如已开封, 我们只能为您调换同样的货物.

调换货物或退款，将在收到退货后1-2周内完成。

 如未按以上要求退货, 我们将收取货款20%的手续费.  

Return/Refund policies

At God's Love Christian Bookstore, we offer the best quality products at the lowest prices, and we take great care in packing your ordered products, so you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, if items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we'll be glad to replace them.

Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 7 days of receipt via Ground/Standard postal service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.

For customers outside of U.S. and Canada, please contact us before returning any product.

Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, wrong order, etc.), if returned within 7 days of receipt and in a completely new and resalable condition, will be issued a refund of merchandise cost only. Please download Return Form, fill it in and include it with your returned products.

Videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.

Replacement or refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks after we receive it.

Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to 20% of restocking fee.
